New construction against the Sloan Canyon foothills — and a steady flow of buyers who want real color before move-in.
Inspirada sits in far south Henderson (the 89044 zip), tucked against the foothills of the Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area at around 2,700 feet — noticeably higher and a touch cooler than the valley floor. The community broke ground in 2007, paused through the downturn, and then built out hard through the 2010s and 2020s with KB Home, Toll Brothers, Tri Pointe (Pardee), and Century Communities delivering the bulk of the housing. New phases are still closing, which means a constant supply of homes handed over in builder flat white.
Inspirada homes skew toward two-story floor plans, and that's where builder paint hurts most: tall foyers and stairwell walls, sprayed a single flat color from floor to ceiling two stories up. Repainting those spaces properly takes ladder and pole work most homeowners don't want to attempt — and it's routine for us. We handle the two-story entries, the open-to-below living rooms, and the stair walls along with everything else, in one pre-move-in pass.
The community is organized around its park system — Solista, Capriola, Potenza, and Aventura anchor the villages with pools, splash pads, and ball fields — and families moving in around school-year deadlines are usually working a tight closing-to-move-in window. That's the window we're built to hit.
Tell us your village, builder, and closing date — two-story plans welcome.
