Production homes on the lower slopes, new custom builds in the Highlands — both end with paint.
MacDonald Ranch occupies the foothills of the McCullough Range above Green Valley, and it's really two markets in one. The lower elevations hold 1990s-and-later production and semi-custom neighborhoods; higher up, guard-gated MacDonald Highlands around DragonRidge Country Club is one of the valley's most active luxury custom-home areas — where new custom builds are still topping out today, with some of the highest-elevation homesites in Henderson looking down on the Strip.
On the custom side, we come in after the builder's handoff: custom homes get better base paint than tract homes, but owners still routinely want rooms taken from the builder's neutral to a chosen palette, accent and specialty walls done, or colors corrected once furniture and art reveal how the light actually behaves. Clean lines against high-end trim and cabinetry are the whole job at this level, and it's work we take seriously.
On the production side, MacDonald Ranch resales follow the same pattern as the rest of the foothills: buyers closing on a 90s or 2000s home who want the entire interior brought current — ideally in the empty window before move-in.
